I'm sorry, but this guy us the perfect asshole!! It seems no matter what this guy says, one has to know he's lying. And he almost never looks up from his prepared text to look the rest of us in the eye! Liars are like that!
And worse of course, everyone knows, including Chuck, that he has never told the truth about anything. But he has done this for so long he isn't even aware anymore that he is making a fool of himself on national television.
The truth, his brain is broken, which means he should stay away from civil society.
