By definition alone one can understand why California is nasty pit of failure. Oh, wait, who else is from the place of pain and tears and millions of citizen fleeting to other states for self preservation, dah, Nancy Pelosi and Kamomala Harris! Yikes!!
Just the fact that an empty person without any moral or ethical standing like Schiff can get elected and reelected at all is due only to his home state is indeed California!
