It all depends on the fuel, right? Sometimes it might depend as well on how close you are to the source of the heat.
For some people it's all about just keeping warm and warmth is security. So, no matter how the heat is generated and you're cold, the source is of no consequence. Even if it means having to move closer to the source than you would like to become secure, so be it! The danger be dammed!
But you have the power to make important decisions regarding your personal safety, the risk is worth it to remain secure and in control. Being left out and in the cold is so frightening. Imagine having to fend for yourself!
When personal security is at stake, some people will use any tool that's available to that end. Everything else is just waiting for the right opportunity to employ the right tool no matter the situation. Control is everything.
As Marxist liberated democraaats move further and further into darkness, their grip on reality becomes tainted and obscured. Operating in a state of constant fear for their mental and physical safety in the larger society becomes paramount and dangerous for all involved!
