A log jam if developing in the Senate to stop the bill by people who say the spending is too large, will raise the debt and needs to be cut back or this thing is dead!
The members are looking for compromise before July 4th where Trump wants to have a signing ceremony on the date, but there doesn't seem to be any give on either side right now.
If history is any indication for future positive events, this bill is in trouble.
