What the people pulling on the strings attached to Biiyden's brain was to make sure he opened the border allowing as many people to cross making a whole new class of votersm, more then 20 million with hopes for another 20 million if Kamomala won, and then keep the border open for a long as necessary to have them counted in the next census.
