Is this just a matter of terminology or fact of law? A ''district court'' or a (circuit) court judge believes they have the power to overturn the Constitution if they believe the country is in danger of sliding into the hands of the people??

History would have turned out a lot different if the same justice corruption was alive then as it is now. I believe Lincoln would have acted much like Trump is now! 'To hell with those criminals!!' |
