Elijah Cummings (D) Accepts Stolen Property : Media Silent

This is common knowledge I believe, but it doesn't seem to matter to other members of congress and the media, including FOX, that he was complicit in the IRS criminal activity and yet he remains in congress and on a panel that judges others.

I wonder what would have happened to him if was a Republican let alone a Conservative?
