In Wisconsin, the legislator passed a bill two years ago to institute Voter ID but was challenged by the democrats, stating a disadvantage for the poor and old. A liberal judge agreed and therefore told the public they had no vote to decide outcomes..
This article is proof enough to say our elections are being bought, stolen by the progressive democrats. Little wonder voter ID is so toxic to democrats. It's evident without cheating the democrats couldn't win any elections. These people are criminals, nothing else.
Could Non-Citizens Change the Election?

According to a new study from researchers at Old Dominion University, 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential election, and 2.2 percent voted in the 2010 midterm elections.
According to the study, the noncitizen vote likely tipped the scales for Senator Al Franken (D-Minn.), who won his tight Senate race by just 312 votes. Eighty percent of noncitizens lean Democratic.
John Fund at National Review says the problem of illegal voting could influence next week's elections:

John Fund at National Review says the problem of illegal voting could influence next week's elections:
- In North Carolina, officials have so far uncovered 145 illegal aliens registered to vote in the state, and hundreds more may be on the voting rolls. The North Carolina Senate race is one of the tightest races in the country this election season.
- The Old Dominion study suggested that noncitizens might have won Obama the state of North Carolina in 2008. The President won the state by a little over 14,000 votes. Had 5.1 percent of North Carolina's noncitizens turned out to vote, they could have provided him with the victory.
- In 2011, nearly 5,000 illegals voted in Colorado's U.S. Senate election.
- According to a 2005 study from the Government Accountability Office, up to 3 percent of those called for jury duty off of voter registration rolls were actually noncitizens.
- Similarly, a Fort Myers, Florida, NBC station found that there were at least 100 noncitizens in one Florida county who were dismissed from jury duty because they were noncitizens -- yet they were also registered to vote. One of those noncitizens told the station that she voted in elections every year.
- In 1996, Democrat candidate Loretta Sanchez won a congressional race by 979 votes. But a House Committee on Oversight investigation found 624 invalid noncitizen ballots were cast in the race, in addition to 124 improper absentee ballots. Circumstantial evidence indicated that there were 196 other noncitizen votes.
