If you have any knowledge of history, the meaning becomes clear and understandable! Nothing is more important for communist dictators then having the power to do and say anything to advance your own political agenda that makes you untouchably.
The history of the communist ideology and acceptance is clear, more than a 100 million died, murdered to prove 'no one is above the law'!
Remember much of the rhetoric from Mamdani when he was running for mayor of New York City, he stated, 'we must do away with toxic masculinity and begin a life tolerance and collectivism to bring a stress free life. All that is required is to obey!
The beginning of the end!! No one is above the law! But there are exceptions for those at the levers of power!
