Once the die is set by such a huge amount of experience detailing a given set of self-induced rules of and for behavior, changing course now in the fading light of success for his acceptance as a comedian and a host of a ''Late-night Show'' in a jonera of Johnny Carson, is not possible.
With an ever decreasing audience to try and build a reputation of being authentic and therefore an acceptance in the larger world of television comedy, the only way for him, he believes, is to double down on what he thought he had before his sponsors at ABC pulled the plug!
The people with the money to pay him the $17 million dollars for his talent, decided he really wasn't funny or legitimate before or now after he's back on the tube!
The media was catching up with his failure to deliver what the new norm that has been set loose in the country for doing what everyone now can be who they really are and act on those beliefs without fear of retaliation.
