Hillary is breaking new ground in the contest for the most unhinged and truly neurotic politician in history.
She can be seen as mentally unbalanced and should be restrained by professionals in the medical field that have experience with people that babble-on about things they make up to support fantasies in their make-believe life.
Being restrained and then drugged to make sure she doesn't hurt herself or more importantly, someone else she comes in contract with, will be in the best interest of the larger civil society.
