For anyone that has had a close relationship with a dog, this video is so cool - Will this be the rule for everyone, I think not. Few have the internal confidence that is required that an animal will recognize as being a leader or Alfa in the pack.
Most people can not let go of their egos long enough which allow them to reach this respect for leadership.
I believe it is much the same in our society - so many people want to lead and be respected for leadership, but they don't posses the necessary inner confidence to actually become a leader.
