I can't even imagine how hard trying to ''sign'' what a mentally diseased lunatic is saying when he is on center stage leading the free world! Just wait a minute, we have 4 more months of have a drooling stumbling buffoon making important decisions that will affect us all and the world.
Worse of course, he isn't doing anything of any importance, his panel of unelected deep state criminals embedded in the government that are actually running the country while Joe wets the bed during his noon nap!
