Vertigo In Spades : Anything More Scary?

Every time I see things like this I break out in a sweat - I must have vertigo. This is so scary I can't believe there can be to many other things scarier then this other then waking up on November 9th to find our country is lost by electing another progressive socialist liberal democrat.
