Actually, it's worse then a fading trust in the judicial system doing the right thing, judging cases by and with common sense and the letter of the law is what it means to be ''judicial'', right? The public is confused and discussed by the system not following the law!
To decide cases by what feels good and what is believed to be a ''new norm'' for public discourse among a vocal minority, is not in the best interest of the general pubic who actually depends on the system to protect the innocent from radials loose in our streets.
