They are a team along with nearly the entire federal government, weaponized to take as much power aa possible by destroying any opposition to his religious jihad for ''fundamental change'' in America he promised in 2008, and now before his second term ends.
No need for the Constitution that limits the power of the president.
And they did by any means necessary. Taking the FBI, CIA and the DOJ under his wing to turn them into criminal organizations to steal as much power as he can for himself to realize his ultimate dream for the absolute power to and for control of all outcomes.
As luck will have it, he failed to complete his efforts to remake the country into a socialist nightmare which in any case caused fundamental damage to the federal government agencies and departments that will take generations to rebuild and restore, if ever!
