The conventual wisdom is the old democrats are gone.! They are now independents or some other kind of liberal that just believes big government can actually help the country and the people become better then they were before.
In reality of course, that's nonsense. Sure, they don't hate the country like the Marxist liberated socialist democrxxxts do now, but still even the old crew was a losing proposition. There's a ton of history to prove over the decades of democrat control resulted as a disaster for prosperity and national security!!
