No and it seems like it's getting worse as the November midterms election approach. Many Republicans are turning a blind eye to the needs of the country. Self preservation is more important.
It appears that the new norm is to let others get the job done. The chance of getting one's hands dirty down in the trenches is becoming to risky. After all, one can't be too careful these days with all of pit-falls that are now all too real!!
