I guess it's not bad enough that a lunatic decides to kill the source of claim adjusters to solve problems, but they have to get the ultimate decision maker to render the final blow that will solve any problem that might exist for people getting from insurance companies what they believe is right and proper. (Whatever that is! No one knows for sure.)
