Why is this news! This happens all the time in California! Now we also find out that Newsom said he knew the high speed train project was a scam from the beginning!
He also said it will never be completed! The overall costs were and still are totally prohibitive. The entire project was a huge fraud from the beginning!

Now people want to know how much did Newsom get under the table as ''kick-Backs''? Was it $10's of millions or mush more?
