And when the news of California's fraud problems that is the largest in the country that spreads across all departments where it can be stolen, $180 Billion dollars seems like something from a video game where the winner of the game is the person who can steal the most money and get away with it.

Oh, but what is not mention in news reports is California is a one party state, from dog catcher to governor, they are all democrxxxts and all criminals!
dah! Who knew? They know that congress is powerless to stop it as there are so many in congress atr all departments and agencies that are players as well.
