Looting to Project Anger : It's Not About Stealing

What does it mean to be part of a community that takes responsibility for it own actions? How does it happen that so many find they are able to take from others without any sense of property rights?

I wonder how those that have decided to suspend the property rights of others in their own community how they would react if others decided to suspended their property rights?

Maybe looters are so use to having free stuff given to them it doesn't matter in this instance that they have to actually go and get the free stuff for themselves.
