Rep. Jim Jorden Makes the Case for A Conservative Budget : (Video)

Interesting in that there are actually some politicians that are willing to take a stand on principle and not just politics as usual. What this means is, do a Conservative budget, go on the media as much as possible to explain it ,and then let the citizens decide what is best for them instead of elites in Washington.

Obviously the way they are doing a budget now is not working as our economy is a disaster and worse to come if nothing is done to correct past failed policy. Sadly Paul Ryan doesn't seem to have the nerve to do what he has to know is best for the country.
Rep. Jim Jordan Thinks It’s Time to ‘Do a Conservative Budget.’ Here’s Why.
Genevieve Wood / /

Congress ought to “lower the overall spending level” to keep faith with Americans concerned that government doesn’t work and the national debt keeps rising, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, says.
Republican lawmakers, especially conservatives, are inclined to scrap the higher spending of the Boehner-Obama budget deal, Jordan told me in an on-camera interview at the Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC.

“Our position has been, let’s do a conservative budget,” he said. “We should pass what we believe is best for the American people, best for the families who elected us to come fight for the things they told us to.”

Watch the video to see what else was on Jordan’s mind.
