How is it so many good things happen in Texas, but in so many other states, the insane are in charge of the asylum. What ever happened to 'minority right but majority rule? Where does it say in the Constitution that one person, the minority, that has objections to a majority, the many, opinion, can use the law to stop objectionable behavior of the majority?
One judge, his opinion alone, can say to the majority, the many, they are wrong and must sees and desist, and that the minority of one is able to rule the day?
