The communist that was ''voted'' into power has a problem with the ''workers'' being asked to got to work for the ''common good'' failed to want to work for the city to shovel snow as the wages were too low.
Interesting compromise the communist had to endure to get the job done. Her had to convince the workers to come to work, the good communist has to use Capitalist incentives like raising the wage rate.
Under the best of conditions, good communist workers would be happy to work just for the common good, but only when the alterative is an iron fist to force them to do their duty. New Yorkers are different even though just as ignorant to reality as the good communist!
