As one might expect, it's a total failure to deliver promises for a life free of responsibility. The new mayor believed, as did his voters, he was a gift to the people who had everything but didn't know it until they didn't!!
''Freedom means having nothing else to lose!'' But when Fat has a tendency to cloud the brain from exercising, disaster is close by!
