It's not clear where Mindoro was getting the dog food to send to American. He says he doesn't understand why America is destroying his fleet of boats which he depends on for his livelihood to feed his family but now is now nearly gone.
''What are we going to do'' he says, ''those boats are needed for my business and to maintain my life at a tie when things are difficult!''
