The new sheriff in town has decided to end the problem of bad characters in his town who find it necessary to make a living at the expense of others, even to the point where his product is killing many of his customers.
But the bad guy keeps saying he's just a good business man and not a retailer of death like he is accused.
The sheriff on the other hand knows better and explains to him it's way past time for him the close up shop and leave town or he, the sheriff, will close him down by force.
Maduro knows the sheriff carries a big stick and he isn't afraid to use it as his reputation to do so is immense. Still, the bad guy is pushing his luck refusing to move as ordered and the bad guy knows the consequence can and will be dire for defiance of his order shut down his operation and get out of Dodge!!
