This isn't a special situation on her part as she is a member of the Marxist liberated democrxaaat collective that's currently trying to find its way out of the sewer of lying and deception they find themselves in but can't escape.
After decades of lying and cheating that has dominated their enter party, now a Marist collective, they have returned to blatantly lying to explain to the voters they really are okay with being an America citizens and not just an identity of their own making seeking only more and more power for control!
