And then what happened when the Declaration of Independence was nailed all over the countryside! The mother land decided after some pushing and shoving the new land over there had to be free from the tyranny of the state? (Kinda)
The people who were set free decided that they needed make their freedom permanent by writing a set rules for everyone to follow called our Constitution which worked to set the standard of what is right and proper to stables a civil society

One part of the rules over the years was the understanding that some might want to change what has cost so much by so many. So the founders decided to make, add, a defensive mechanism to protect what has gone before! |
