The problem is the birth rates are only down for certain social groups and not others. The experts that study those kind of human experiences wonder why for one group the birth rate was zero.
The excepted science in certain medical establishments say this shouldn't happen.
The researchers have petitioned for more government grants to study this phenomena further!
