Easy to understand for those in the real world what your limitation are and then act accordingly.
The small guy has to consider his options before he smarts off about the rules and his dissatisfaction thereof! The consequences for living in ignorance and or with a huge ego, finds one mired in the pits of bad decision making!

And given the original tariffs between America and Canada were very lopsided, and according to reports the new negotiated rules were not much different then those previously held by both countries. it doesn't make much sense that Canada would raise such a stink. Maybe it has something to do with Canada's new friend, The Chinese? |
