The communist agenda is for those who can pay the bills, must pay, and for all those that can't will receive the needed resources to sustain them.
The communist ideology and agenda, ''To each according to their need, and From each according to their ability.'' Mamdani believes he can make it work after he establishes his citizens army to explain to those that are productive that it's their duty to the state to give what's needed to sustain the operation as needed.
And if it doesn't work out like planed and the city is totally desorbed, well Mamdani will have to find another city to try communism again. Surely there must be some place where the people understand how well this will work with the right people in charge? Right?
Really though, all that's needed is willing participants! More people receiving benefits than those willing to give of their resources. That's fair!
