How does one comprehend a situation that defies reality to a point where the death of people is of no consequence? It seems if all that's necessary is to lie bold faced believing everything will be okay where on a daily basis people are shot and murdered on the streets, all with be fine!
Even the governor of Illinois believes he is not really a citizen of reality! He say things that defy what everyone in that great city know to be false and yet he goes before the cameras and lies to the world!
Is that a workable solution? There has to be more than just self preservation and politics to this horrific situation in Chicago. When someone offers to help bring safety and common sense back to the people who are suffering the most but leadership in this once great city they say, 'we don't want your help', stay away, we are doing just fine'!
This all beyond comprehension for the average citizen living the nightmare every day!
