Much of the general public is trying to understand how or way so many of our citizens appear to be on drugs of having a mental breakdown or worse, in the throws of having a stroke or some other serious mental condition taking place.
They act like they are totally unhinged making statements that are completely unattached to a civil society's reality and delivered this such passion that real people become freighted.
As with most people that witness a mentally ill person up close, they do what ever the can to avoid any kind of connection or confrontation. Only conflict and chaos will follow!
