They do this because it's the easiest form of communication. You can say anything at all no matter if it makes no sense and in fact is designed to destroy all opposition to their agenda and ideology. And that's why they all do it with impunity!.
It's very much like when people build things, it's difficult, expensive and time consuming. Whereas to destroy what was built takes only a few minutes.

This kind of thing makes most people's heads to Spain because it's totally without reason.
But worse for civil society, it works!
