They try as hard as they he can to make the change from the old days of the WOKE mentality where slots are fixed for being relative in the larger society, where individual excellence is understood and appreciated, but breaking out and away is nearly impossible.
Luckily though there is a reckoning coming that will freely allow most individuals to shed their fear of retaliation for the freedom to speak and be who they actually are. If the truth be Known!
