Social media brings new and exciting opportunities for the public to make decisions on their own concerning what and who is controlling candidates without the influence of legacy media outlets demanding they speaks for the people.
Remember Walter Cronkite on CBS each night, one of only three news outlets on television, ending with those iconic words, ''And that's the way it is''. Oh really? What else was going on on that day that was deemed unnecessary for the little people in the nation to know?

I can't even imagine what wasn't being reported and how it was managed to move the public in one direction or another. And what really changed in the post decades after this period in time until social media came along to expose just how corrupt they were and still are. Only now they mask it by calling it, ''telling truth to power! Protecting democracy and the children''!
