It's Just How Criminals React! : Joe Knew Who He Is AND Was!!!

 After 50 years of government employment, I won't and can't call it's service as that supposes doing something of worth for the nation, Joe's DNA is all about Joe and what he can get, take to make himself look like a real person in the civil society.

Joe was born an empty child. No redeeming qualities!

Joe's entire persona is nothing if not except self-serving. I'm sure he never understood that he was always was mentally challenged to the point where he couldn't function without finding support from others that he deemed close and necessary to what he wanted at any moment in time. Clearly, Joe' entire ambition was to be liked and accepted no matter where he went or whatever  he did and made excuses, lied to cover for his failures which were many!!

And eve since his move form Delaware to Scranton and then Washington, he was never aware and to this day has no idea how he became president.

He never understood what the word ''Strawman'' meant when they called him that!!!

As soon ass the powers could react to Joe's personality
of being a man without any signs of moral or ethical
aptitude, they knew they had the perfect puppet to do
their will making him jump and dance to any toon they
they had him do.
And he was just glade to do it as that let him be just old
Joe without having to decide what to do next or the
consequence.

Of course as well, we all knew from day one, he was all 
about and entire lifetime of stealing fame and fortune.
