I hope we never have to find out as to many things we depend on for our leaders having brains that don't shrink. It is absolutely a necessity for people who are position of leadership must have good brains.
Medical experts explain after brain surgery, and then from actually misuse, the patient not using their brains in daily life, it is believed that bad things begin to happen especially after having too many brain surgeries!
