Finally, the White House Staff and Dr. Jill have the solution to a lot of problems they are having with old Joe and his buddy Commander the dog that is biting so many people.
Any competent dog trainer knows the way a dog acts can be traced back to its environment. If the dog is aggressive and out of control, you can understand the owner is as well. The question that remains, how does the dog react to a person that has no brain and so acts out in ways that are schizophrenically and therefore unnatural for normal human beings.
A dog really has no history or future but lives in the present and then learns and reacts instinctively to situations from its immediate environment. The dog does understand abnormal intensity from its surroundings.
(I wonder what goes on when no staff member is around to see what is taking place in the family White House living quatres.)
