It is about knowing when to say enough is enough. Even Harvey Weinstein will have limits that he will not cross.
It's just a matter of having priorities. When taking advantage of someone they have to have some quality involved.
One can't just take advantage of someone when they don't have any qualities that excites that inner need. Harvey knows a loser when sees one, especially one that is a loser in body and soul.
