I guess Joe has to say that as he is making $millions off of this guy from the Chinese and others that have him on a short leash. Give him enough dope to live on will be enough to keep the dollars rolling in and Joe keeping his promise to his smart son to making sure the United States stays under the thumb of Charman Xi.
After all, taking money from the Chinese for doing some simple favors isn't that bad given all the bad things he did as a Senator for 30 years and then as a vice president for 8 years and now as president! Decades of corruption on every level was just a way of life for the Biiyden family.
And why stop now, the public will think something's wrong with family and its leader!!
