The welfare system was moving in the right direction when Mr Ogbjma tool office in 2009, thereafter it began the '' fundamental transformation'' that Mr Ogbjma promised he would to bring to America. From the very beginning, Mr Ogbjma saw the current welfare system that required work as a requirement to receive benefits was unfair and struck it from the process.
Ever since the welfare system stopped the requirement for work, the system has shown all of the benefits of the work requirement are now no gone. And as this short video shows, the welfare system as it is now constituted is corrupt and failing, much like nearly every other federal program that has been touched by the progressives socialist liberal democrats.
