Was the decision by the supreme court On ObamaCare activisms? Judge Roberts said on his decent for the gay marriage ruling questioned, 'how could we have decided like we have, "who do we think we are"'.Good question. But why would Roberts think deciding on ObamaCare by 'feelings for the system' rather then the actual rule of law justiciacation for his vote to sustaim the Affordably Care Act? Can he have it both ways as a judge, especially for our Constitution?
