Hillary, 'Hands up, Don't Attack' : What Foundation Report? Benghazi?

Hey, 'hands up, don't prosecute' is the new motto from Hillary. 'I didn't know what was going on in the foundation or Benghazi until I read it in the paper the next day'.

'What ya mean that won't work? Mr Obama used this line on several occasions and the media bought hook line and sinker. Why can't use it?'
