It's easy to understand actually, when a political collective, formerly a ''party'', finds itself without adequate issues to explain themselves in the larger civil society.
The best option they believe is to go the route of threats of violence and moral disintegration of normal life if the civil society doesn't submit to their demands for control of all outcomes.
Maine and California are good examples what moral and ethical designation looks like!
