This is a little over the top, maybe, but the smart money says the ''high speed train '' will still be under construction, and maybe the specials bridge for Cougars over trhe free way, until 2050. And even that is doubtful!
Some are saying even most of the tracks won't be laid in2040, yet the over-run in finances will exceed $100 billion dollars! The end figure will be something no one can forsee! (Oh, and the train by then will be obsolete and scraped as junk!)
