Just a quick question, when criminals are looting burning buildings and beating innocents to near death in the street, where did they come from and why is it the responsibility of the police to treat them as responsible citizens instead of non human mutants?
Shouldn't the parents be responsible for these monsters? They raised them so why not charge the parents with the same crime? Make the parents pay for the damages?
