Every prison has it's bars to control the inmates, Acosta's bars to restrain him are The White House ethics and moral code of conduct. But when someone like him that attempts to brake out of his prison that has kept him and others within their own bounds of ethics among reporters, consequences are close behind.
Pictured here is one attempt to throttle Mr Acosta. He was told by a judge even he has rules that must be followed. So using this instrument to control his outbreaks of ego and ill-temperament might be a good start, but the truth will be during the next press conference.
